Expert Witness, Arbitration & Mediation

All three Partners and the consultant have extensive experience in preparing expert witness reports and giving evidence in Court, to Tribunals, and at arbitration. B R Maunder Taylor has gained experience as a single joint expert appointed under the Civil Procedure Rules and is also on the RICS Panel of Arbitrators.

Areas of specialisms include cases relating to Rent Reviews, the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, Leasehold Reform Acts 1967 and 1993, service charge disputes, negligent survey and valuation claims and restrictive covenant disputes.

Strict adherence to time limits given in Court directions, the overriding obligation to the Court and other aspects of Civil Procedures Rules are all understood.
