In 2021, Michael Maunder Taylor took over the management of our 10 year old block of 51 flats following a First Tier Tribunal Management Order.

Over the subsequent four years, Michael and his team delivered an outstanding service, significantly improving both the building’s condition, (which had previously suffered from serious neglect), and the quality of contractors employed on site.

Michael and his estate manager, Halil Enver, demonstrated efficiency, proactive management, and clear communication throughout their tenure.
Service charge budgets were carefully planned and managed, and any concerns raised by leaseholders or Residents Association were addressed promptly and effectively.
