Our estate agency is still one of our core activities. We sell houses via a mix of old and new methods, which means they are on major property portal websites as well as our own. We can also sell by informal tender (specifying a cut-off date), which gives sellers a better picture of the offers which have been submitted within a specific timeframe. However, we also offer a number of other services in-house, which not all estate agents can say.

For instance, we don’t just buy and sell homes – we are also heavily involved in commercial property investment. We also offer management services for both commercial and residential properties. Residential block management in London and Hertfordshire is one of our particular specialities. Ross Maunder Taylor (BSc (Hons), MSc, MIRPM, MRICS, RICS Registered Valuer) is part of our commercial property investment department, and also provides valuations on properties.

Michael Maunder Taylor (BA (Hons) MSc FRICS FIRPM) is also part of our property valuations team, and helps to run the property management team from our Potters Bar office, which can be contacted on 01707 665 666. He has an excellent track record in resolving residential service charge and management disputes.

Bruce Maunder Taylor (FRICS MAE) specialises in leases, including renewals, rent reviews and termination disputes. He also has expertise in the finer points of residential service charge and management issues.
